Technology at your service
RFID or Radio Frequency Identification is a method that can be used to memorise and retrieve data remotely. The system is activated by a transfer of electromagnetic energy between a radio label and an RFID emitter. The radio label containing an electronic chip and an antenna receives the radio signal emitted by the reader, which is also equipped with RFID technology. The components can be used to both read and respond to signals.
This technology serves many purposes in the textile sector: identification, traceability, anti-theft device, storage and stocktaking, access control and more.
